Lowrance lcx-25c- New Toy

Well I went and picked me up a Lowrance GPS fish finder today. I went ahead and got the lcx-25c. Going to take it out tomorrow night and just see how well I can figure all this route/waypoint out.

Well GPS sure is nice to have in the fog. The only thing is I can't seem to get the arches with this unit like my old x100. I even moved the transducer lower. Oh well i'll keep messing with it I guess.

Boat/chart/ping speed all play a part in getting good arches, too. I am still relearning after moving to a more powerful x107cdf, myself. The sensitivity and ping speed is more critical than they were on my old unit, but I'm getting there.
