2006-2007 deer hunting season predictions

well i know there's no way to tell but i think i'll hear plenty of success stories from ya'll come fall....how do you think you'll do in the field? do you got your eye on a peticular buck? im excited cuz i might get to hunt a new place this year

In West TN we had a large mast crop last year. We also had a lower than average harvest. It appears we will have a bumper crop of acorns again this year. So right now it's a toss up on how productive we will be this season.

As far as bucks go its hard to say. Lots o pressure around me, but there are plenty of them that will go 150 easily. I've seen tons and tons of fawns this year, and more than one set of triplets around. I know I'll be able to take a couple does for the freezer.
