White Oak Lake in Arkansas

Have any Members fished White Oak Lake. I have heard there are some giant channels in that Lake! Can anyont tell me about this Lake? Location, how big and so on.

You bein' there at London, I would think you had enough fishin' a lot closer, but I understand the need for new territory. How are the cats on the lake?

My favorite spot away to catch ''big cats'' other than the Arkansas River would be Conway Lake. I've heard White Oak Lake indeed has large Channel cats. Would perfer Conway's large Flatheads and it's closer for me. It also has plenty of Channels and Blues. Oh yea. Sgt. Conway is being drawn down , which will improve the odds of landing a biggun! Last time ,about 8 years ago they drew it down. We caught a bunch of big Flatheads. One morning 3 of us limited out, limit was 5 each. The total weight was over 200 lbs. We culled any less than 10 lbs. The largest was 33 lber.
