chads forcast for cedar river cats. catswill be congurgated in 5-12 feet of water, needs to be a rubble bank, 2hrs before daylight till 10:30am then again in the evening from 3:00pm tell 12:00am those will be your most productive lacations and times. dont get me wrong you will catch cat all over the cedar. however focaus on these spots.
