is the big shovelheads at buckhorn lake?

While muskie fishing a couple of years ago, I saw about a 40 lb flathead come out of Buckhorn. It was in October, and the fish was caught on a limb line. So, they are in there, but I am not sure how many or how big since I have never catfished the lake. You might want to check the Dpt of Fish and Wildlife for the fishing forecast or even contact your local biologist. Good luck and let us know how you do.
