Whiskergitter fishes the Neosho River

Neosho River(Chetopa): Have been tearin' up the humpers below the dam drifting liver and beef melt. Black perch have been good as usual, as long as you keep it moving. Caught 3 yellows over 20 lbs, June 15th at the dam. Fished below KG&E dam yesterday morning(june 19th) using helgramites, pulled out my limit, fish weighed from 5lbs. to 20lbs. all in 2 hours time. Fish are on the move.
