Good day on the Kentucky River!

a friend and i went fishing on the ky river yesterday. we had a descent day of fishing. we stayed about 3 hours and caught 3 flatheads. the biggest one being about 3 1/2 pound. we also caught 1 drummer, 6 bass, and about 15 bluegills. we had alot of fun.

Man , I fish the ky. between locks 6 an 7 and am getting skunked every day, for cats that is. I catch many bass out of bordom but can't buy a cat! Help! What am I doing wrong.

i caught the 3 flatheads below a lock dam in moderately swift current. the bottom was rocky. 2 were caught on nightcrawlers and the other on cut bluegill. hope this helps.
