Warm Water Discharge on Grand River

Have any of you fished on a warm water discharge? There's a spot on the Grand River by my Dad's house that kicks out warm water directly into the Grand. It looks like a promising spot. I've heard about areas like this, and people tend to have good luck there.

I don't spend a whole lot of time with WWD's . Maybe in March or early April when it's the only warm water arround. Throughout the Summer months I would'nt waste my time with them. Better off finding a hole, or a logjam, or better yet a logjam with a hole under it!!!
