Westwood Lake in Indiana

I was just wandering if anyone has ever fished Westwood Lake. I am planning on heading there Tuesday and i was just wandering if anyone knows anything about it.

Yes, it's off St. Rd. 38, just west of New Castle. I've fished Westwood alot, though not in the last couple of years. I always caught alot of bluegill there, a few nice bass (4-6lbs), and some decent cats (8lb. being the largest).

It's a small lake & is crowded sometimes on the weekends, packed on the holidays. It's weedy right now, so you'd do better in a boat, fishing along the outer edges & over the top of the weeds, as well as in the "pockets" for bluegill. I had my best catfish "luck" between the parking lot & dam.

I bank-fished there a week or so ago, got a couple hits, no fish, and the storm hit, so I left.
