Flatheads are definately firing back up. Caught several nice ones this past weekend, and got the one in the attatchment last night; as well as 2 other smaller ones. One 7 lb., and a 4 lb. This one weighed in at 39, caught him in 10 feet of water on a 4" goldfish. Worked all day yesterday, went out all night on the river, worked today; now I'm wiped out. But boy was it worth it.

That's a nice flatcat Sean, I'm glad to see that the bite is coming back. I'm going after them this weekend as well, it's been a month or better since I've caught one.

That picture is just proof that I need to get my butt out there and catch one of that size before I die. I'm sending the kids out to catch me some bait tomorrow so I can try to find his grandpa after work.

Nice fish Sean. Great to see the bite might be picking back up. Kutter and I went out three days ago and he caught a 15 pound Flat. The blues still have lock jaw though it seems. Great Catch.

Sean,
Have you hit the river anymore? Is that tourney in St Joe this weekend? If so what time is the weigh in? I might head up there to watch the weigh in.
