bearcat, butchy boy and I fished glenn shoals friday nite and I caught one eater on a gill and butchy caught one after we left I think on a crawdad. We had a couple good runs but it ws lookin like we were about to get electrified and tim wanted to get his boat off the water. I don't blame him one bit. He had a pretty good ride back to the north marina.

Hello one and all...
Went below the Dam at Shelbyville again today and not much luck at all. Not really too much water being let out is probably the main reason.
All we were able to catch was one Carp. Lots of bait stealing fish, but nothing getting hooked up.
Got a little crowded around 8 o'clock (kinda odd for a Sunday evening), so we packed it in and come home.

Good to see you Friday Bearcat. We got around 2" of rain so far since Fri. nite. Maybe we can still get in some fishing time before you start on silage.

ya im figuring things out too chuck. well some of us are making our way in again. went fishing friday in the rain caught 1 nice channel. 22" long 3#s or so. no pic he swam back to the bottom and the cam cant go in the rain. not even sure if i can post a pic. heck ill give it a shot.

no dice. tried the way i did it brfore and it was so small i couldn't hardly see it and said still excedded the size? :confused: :confused:

something must have changed. i used to open pic in paint and reduce to size. with my dig cam the image i took down 50% then 40% and it would be correct size. i reduced it another 50% and then 50% and it was still to big it said. there is something simple im missing im sure.

thanks for the name SSGT Johnson. looking forward to meeting you sometime. maybe get together sometime this month when you come down this way. met eogden friday night when we were at glenn shoals. real nice guy. the fish should be bitin after all the rain we've gotten the past few days. hope it helps the crops, might be a little late. went to the river at pierre marquette, found a nice little spot where you can park within 20 yds of the river. got a ton of shad at the boat launch but only caught one bowfin(dogfish) and 4 gar. darn things. I don't think I had one cat bite. got perty wet. me n the little lady toughed it out but ended up leaving about 8 pm.

Since it's been raining so much been busy painting my kitchen..... waiting for a nice day to hit the Mackinaw River here........ nice place to go relax, but boy it was low when I went two weeks ago..... all I caught was a nice baby channel, pretty thang tho. Hope to meet up with some of ya sometime, missed the Catstock, got called to watch the two grandkids , so I'm planning on 2006! :D

ah gary and tom have made the switch. gary. go to top of the page and click user CP. then go to right and click edit avatar. then if ya have a profile pic that is the correct size there you can add your pro pic. :cursing: :eek: :D thats how i did it. lol.

About the pic - Jeramy is right and if you want the old one as I did - Paul told me to go to the old site and right click on your profile pic then save it to your hard drive or to disc and then go to cp in the upper lefthand corner and edit - Boy I am so computer illiterate this is all going to take some time -

Did anyone notice that when you post more than once in a thread it doesn't increase you post total - IE: Buzz when he posted several times here it stayed at 17 !!! I like the most active thread moving to the top - I like the fact you don't have to preview a post any more - I have tried four times and can't get my signature up - I'll figure it out! LOL

Speek of it and now it shows up - now I have to figure how to change the font - where do I find an example of the fonts used here?

Thats what I thought. hey screen, when you make a post, it updates the number on every post you have made so it looks like it hasn't increased. When I submit this post they should all change to 21, but by the time you get a chance to look at it it may be more.

I like the new format. I post on several hunting boards that are powered by Bulliton like the new board is and they are very user friendly. I got a post deleted that showed how to post pictures on another site and use them on this board. Apparently, the moderators want us to use the attachment feature on the reply page to post pictures. I am going to try to post one now.
