Ohio River Advice

Has anyone fished around Levinworth area lately? I have to fish a tournament there in two weeks. Looking for big blues or flats. Also need help finding skip jack.

Eric, I know nothing about the area of river that you mentioned. I do know that skips are running at the dams and can be caught on sabiki rigs or jigs. Also morning seems to be a better time to catch them than afternoon. Vern
