hey guys im a new member to your group and a friend told me of your group. I have enjoyed reading everything that is posted and i have learn alot already. I grew up in a small town called West Point Ky. where i grew up fishing the Ohio and Salt rivers. I have catfished all my life but still learn something new every time i go. I just wanted to say Thank you to witone72 for telling me of this site, and thank you guys for letting me enjoy being a member. Thanks again, Bob Reeser

Welcome Bob...I'm planning on fishing the Ohio and Salt River out of the West Point ramp this summer...Could you guide me in the right direction for some Cats,Stripers,Hybrids,White Bass....anyplace i can catch some fish in that area. any help will be appreciated.

hey bud if you put in at the salt river ramp at west point, if the water is up u can start limb lineing right across from the ramp. if you go out onto the ohio turn to ur right out of the salt and head up river toward cosmosdale planton the ky banks. lots of rocks for flat heads, and u can also pick up go white bass.... watch out for the barges and the boils.... have a great time and if u need more info just drop me an note and we can chat more.
