Decent catch down on the Arkansas River tonight.

My mind definitely agrees with you on the over rated part but my body has a different opinion.

Arkie55, I'm not for sure what it weighed. The scales were at the guys house who is in the picture and it was my night to keep the meat so we cleaned them here. He actually caught the big one there, I caught the rest. Funny thing is that he had already given up and then decided to try on more time and there ya go, proof's in his hand it can happen at any time.

SeedTick, we were fishing at Lock 13 which is borderline with Fort Smith and Van Buren. Only about a ten minute drive from where I live. We were fishing from the bank and yes the river was rolling pretty hard. If you can keep from hanging up you can have some good fish on the stringer at times.
