The hot hole

i was told that the best catfishing is done at the hot hole..

can someone tell me if it is good or not...and what is the best time to go out there and what bait to use..

i heard if you go out after dark, throw a hotdog in the hot hole you will catch something every time. problem is, no one seems to know where the hole is!

i'm not sure, but you are probably talking about a hot water discharge on a river? we have a spot like this in ohio, on the muskingum river, you aren't really allowed to fish there, but let's say that hypotheticaly i have, it would have be in the late fall, winter, and early spring.
