Anyone know of any good catfish spots along the stretch of the Spring River? I have fished lots of them from Mammoth Spring down below Hardy and have yet to catch but a couple of small channels. I think the biggest was a 3 pounder. Anything below Hardy I don't know anything about.
The water is really cold from Mammoth down below the mouth of the Myatt where it warms up somewhat but is still pretty cold even in Hardy. I remember that from my younger days going swimming there.
Any hints or help be greatly appreciated. I would probably have to be fishing off the bank as I only have a bass boat.
