20 Pound Flathead Catfish from Monongahela river

awsome flathead, i never really thought of trout for bait, i always seem to use bluegill, goldfish, or bullheads. keep catching 'em, but remember to leave a few for the rest of us.

Way to go Mark!!! Nice Flattie! He sure done a number on that Trout. Was that a live Trout or a frozen one? What length and action St. Croix rod are you using?

Caught the flatty on frozen trout the mangled trout was tore up by some channels i think the fish couldnt even pull out the baitrunner he thought he would have a little snack. The rod is a six foot six St Croix extra heavy power with fast action this rod is the best rod imo worth every penny!

Nice fish, I got the boat all cleaned up and ready to go I will be out this weekend. I think I heard a bait runner in my sleep last night, I realy need to get out. My bait tank is ready, and has a good start with sone chubs and gills in it

Caught the fish below lock 3 in west elizabeth have been catching big flatheads there for years. Looking to get out friday and saturday anyone interested in coming let me know more than willing to take someone. P.S. Phil the big fish are in my hole.

My girlfriend said she saw some little kid on the news who caught a 40lber at neville island.

Guys at work were asking me about a big Cat caught at Neville Island. They said it was on the news. I didn't watch TV at all today before work so I didn' know anything about it. The fact that yunz guys are talking about it must mean that someone caught a big one.
