Got out on the Illinois River today by Pike county. Caught two Channels. Nothing trophy sized, but It was nice to get out and actually catch some fish. The wind made it a little bit difficult. This morning I caught a whole bunch of blue gill on a famr pond with my girlfriend and her family. Hopefully I get back to the river soon. This fishing on lakes is not fun.
