Shadow,

To add or change your “Avatar”, which is the picture that displays when you post, you need to locate the User CP (Control Panel). This is located in the menu items area, underneath the topmost sponsor link images. It is the leftmost item in the menu. After you have clicked the link, a new page will appear, with selections on the left side of the page. The first set of menu links is “Settings and Options”. Edit Avatar is the bottom choice of this menu set. Click that link, and you will be taken to the Edit Avatar Page.

If you do not have an Avatar, click the “radio buttion” next to “Use Custom Avatar” and then click the “browse” Button. Locate the graphic you wish to use in your profile and click the open button in the dialog box. The path to the picture will be displayed. At that point, click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page

Thanks for the info, but I am a computer illiterate. You may as well have written it in Chinese----LOL. All I know about this thing is how to turn it on and off.

I guess I am too old to learn how to operate it properly. I suppose I will just have to stick with the old site until it is taken off the web.

Hi! Brothers,
I'm new to site and saw the KY. link and wanted to say Hi! I've been doing very well on KY. lake . Both day and night. I know I'm new but here goes anyway . I live outside of Murray , Ky. and fish 3-5 days a week at KY. and Barkley lakes. I am having a hard time finding a fishing partner as dedicated as I am . Most of my buddies don't last long without a bite . They get bored and want to go home and watch the boob tube . If anyone in my area would like to get together and do some fishing , night or day let me know. I have a procraft with a 115 hp johnson on it , I'm getting tired of talking to myself on the long fishin trips. LMAO Also afraid they may send the rubber room guys after me soon.
Thanks,
WKYCatman

Kirk---You will be what we refer to as a "Galvanized Yankee". You have been in the South long enough to get a "sugar coating". :0a25:

I must not be galvanized enough all my parts are getting rusty.if you got my
e.mail about fishing in bed,the part about the tupper ware bowl is the truth,
it had to be one of the most funny things i ever saw.i cant repeat some of
her comments she had while trying to get loose from the bowl, but i can say
that tupper ware has to be the best sealing bowl on the market.it has my
good house keeping seal of approval.

I got the E-mail. Can you spell B-L-A-C-K-M-A-I-L ? The wife might not take too kindly to a remark by a stranger about the tupperware incident. :0a5: :0a1:

"Oldtimers disease" is like a rattlesnake. It strikes when you least expect it.

GOOD MORNING TO YOU
WHITNEY
I know you are out there somewhere, lurking behind a tree or bush, watching
out for rattle snakes.have a great day and try not to get bit. :p

I have to WATCH for them Kirk. I've lost most of my hearing over the years and my eyes rarely lie to me. My ears are another matter. Worst of all are the rattlesnakes of the 2 legged variety. I hide in the bushes from them.

SHADOW
those 2 legged kind are the worst.you dont have to tell me about hearing
loss,if you are like i was you shot trap with no ear protection,i have had a
ringing in my left ear for 30 years.while i am thinking about it have you
ever run across BOB PENCE from liberty indiana, pretty well known around
the USA for his shooting skills? :)
KIRK

If I have run across him it has faded from my memory. "Oldtimers" you know. I do have a few trapshooting friends left over in Southern Indiana that I can still remember. Most of them will laugh at you while they take your money. :p

Hello all, I came upon this website by the way of a vehicle parked at the local boat ramp. I am just getting started into catfishing more that I use to but hope to meet some of you over the next few years to come.

WELCOME to the BOC, but watch out for JW ! You will recognize him by the PINK outfits he wears. Somehow a PINK TuTU doesnt seem to be the "in" thing to wear while catching skipjacks.

Rodpod, I have a question for you. Is there any special kind of permit that you have to buy to launch a boat from the Evansville riverfront? I thought that I could put in there and take half of the boat ride out from where I will fish.

Thanks for the welcome. I know that most of the fish that I have cought so far would only be considered the bait to all of you all but hopefully that will all change rather quickly. I just started fishing the Ohio River this year so I am still learning on how to find them and catch them. Hopefully I will get some nice picture with some big cats. I know that I have already learned alot from this sight.

Sorry I haven't replied to any of your post ( I'm just now figurin' out how to get on here) I'm a fisherman not 'puter smart. I live in Dekoven,KY on the Ohio River about 5 miles west of Sturgis,KY. I retired (disabled) from Peabody Coal Co Camp # 11 in 2002 and have nothing to do but hunt and fish.
Most of my fishing in on the Ohio (beings I'm so close) .I am trying to post some of my catches in your photo section so maybe you guys can get to know me a little better. If you can't get me on here , just come to the house,we'll go fishing or something.
