Sleepy Hollow (Lake Ovid)?

Hello, this is my first post on this website. I was just wondering if anyone has ever fished lake ovid for cats? I have heard about people getting some nice ones out there, but I have no idea where to fish the lake for cats.
Any info would be appreciated.
