Tuscarawas River in Ohio 4-11-06

Hit a couple of spots on the Tusc river this evening and didn't do so good. Nightcrawlers, live chubs, cut chubs, even that nasty smelling shad dough bait my step-son bought at wally world today...same as Clendening...Nothing.

Now I've spent a total of 8 hours bank fishing today without so much as a good bite. THIS SUCKS!!

Don't feel too bad, ive fished the Tusc in about 10 different locations since monday 4-10 to thursday 4-13 and i haven't had ANY luck at all. I mean barely any bites !! :mad: i was doing better when the weather was lousy !!! I've tried abiout every bait imaginable and it doesn't seem to make any difference. I think the channels have shut off on the Tusc River for some reason. :crying:

im surprised you didnt get any channels off the cut chubs, still a little early for the flatheads to start up at full force.

Caught one nice channel 27 inches long earlier this week, and had several other nice hits. Not many fish lately, but they are hitting.
