Me and James rode down to shutes branch earlier for a few hrs. and I took my castnet and we caught several bluegills and a couple threadfin which ive wanted so bad!! Then unbeknownst to me, we were under the bridge with jigs trying to get a few skips when this boater pulls up with a 5 gal. bucket full and gives me half! Fishin' will be ON for tuesday man! In total probably got around 70-90. Guy told me these girls had caught some catfish so i'm gonna see what I can do tues. Its supposed to be sunny and 75 again.

Freeze you some of those baitfish, AJ. Did you catch anything on rod and reel?

Nah i was just concentrated on gettin bait.. Im gonna fish sometime this week.

Be careful about posting getting gills with a cast net, they are considered to be a sport fish not a bait fish and If I am correct you are not supposed to get them with a cast net.
