shawnee county lake

Has anyone had any luck at shawnee county lake? I read on the kdwp web site it gets stocked pretty heavily with channels.

well i have personally never fished that lake, but just remember to check when the fishing report has been updated up at the top right hand corner. but if you are gonna go out there good luck. sorry i couldnt help much :004:

I fish out there a few times a year. Most of the channels I catch are 1-3 lbs. I think the biggest I have caught is an 8 lb-er. Someone last year caught a 30 lb flat up there. Crappie fishing ain't bad either. Best of luck
