I hope Mr. Reed can convince the locals to part with the needed land. God bless the farmers, but it would be nice to have a 3000-3500 lake 30 minutes away.

It would be nice, but it would still take a couple of years for construction and a coulple of years after that for the fishing to get prime, but it would still be good. Kirkmans Cove is still trying to get back to where it used to be!

For only 160 acres it use to be the best fishing around. It'll be back to prominence in a couple years.
Aaron, if they started construction on that lake now it would be prime by the time we started taking your sons out with us.
