Grand Forks Fishing

Is it true what I have heard of the fishing in Grand Fork? I have been told that fishing from the bank there are a large number of fish in the 20- 30 lb range. If thats true I would love to make the trip up there

Definitely good fishing up there!
Spent a week and a half up there this year myself.

If you got the time and can afford the trip, I'd say take it. I caught a nice channel in the Red River, Moorehead last spring. Last I heard the river is up pretty high due to lots of rain. Fishing is still good tho. I don't know what its like up that way, but I've heard lot of good stories about the area.
