caught this big ol' girl last night here in New Albany on the river front. 49lbs. 6oz.! Fresh live bluegill fishin from the bank.

caught that sucker with a 10' wildcat products King Kat Supreme rod-6500 c3 with 30lb. berkley big cat line.:big_smile: and a 8/0 octopus circle hook. gotta love those circle hooks!!!:smile2:

yeah, that fish did make it back to the bank. i live a few blocks from the river and i have a yeti cooler that i rigged into a aerator for these type of situations.:wink:

Well, I admit my assumption was incorrect... But I will say THANK YOU for putting it back! I personally am not in that area and I have never caught a blue, but that gives someone like myself a chance to catch a Trophy Blue!

A YETI cooler is just another type of marine cooler. I bought it last year with a marine metal products commercial aerator with 2 doughnut stones. It aerates up to 100 gallons-it says on the box. I just attatched it to the cooler and put the adapter on it then plug in to the ciggerette lighter in the ash tray. They make aerators that also have suction cups specifically for attatching to marine coolers but there a little more expensive. Nothin special.:wink:

Awesome fish, congrats! That cooler/aerator sounds like a pretty sweet set up.
