Eagle 502c Fish Elite

My Eagle 502c has a built in gps antennae. It occasionally loses signal, sometimes at very inopportune times. My question is, the unit has an additional plug on the back of it. Is that a plug that can be used for an external antennae? I love the unit, but need it to stay constantly as possible, locked in to the gps signal.

I don't think you can use an external antenna with that unit, Bill. There may be a download that will help, though. Check out their website and see if you have the latest version for software.

Thanks, Tommy. I looked at the upgrades from the link you provided, and while they have some good features, I don't think any of them pertain to the internal antennae. I can deal with it as is. I'm too computer illiterate to do the upgrade anyhow. You're always on top of things, Tommy! :big_smile:
