Need to find a good shore fishin spot

Hey all
I'm lookin for a good spot about an hour or so outside of the cities where me n
some friends can go after some cats our main preference is
gettin two lines into the water and easy to get too
seems like alot of places are runnin shallow.
Any thoughts are appreciated

Welcome Mate,
If you want two lines you need to hit the Croix or Mississippi river Pool 3 or 4.
That meets most of your criteria, for being an hour or two out of the twin cities area.
As far as good shore spots..... I wish I could help you out in that area.
I spend my time on the Minnesota river.
