First time on the Allegheny River!

Good luck! Your up in my neck of the woods! Ford City area is pool #6, I fish pool #7 most of the time. Loking forward to your report!

Well our first excursion didn't go as well as I hoped but its early yet. We arrived around 7:00 and fished until around midnight. The only two bites we had ended up being mud puppies. We did however get a chance to talk to a local waterways conservation officer who was checking out garbage that had been dumped by some idiots. Its a shame some people want to literally trash areas and then complain when people post their property and close good fishing holes. I will say that he was one of the nicest WCO's that I've come across. Hope to get back to the river soon.
