Well, today is supposed to be the day. This is on their website, and from what I see in the video, they're gonna blow our HB sidescans out of the water! :ooooh:

gotta love it.
Jeeez that is awesome. One thing about Lowrance they dont jump on a bandwagon until they perfect it to their standards. The problem is everytime I reach for my wallet they bring out something new.:smile2::big_smile:Next years models will have this built in just like HD is built in this year.I'm going to wait until Nov when they catalog the next years model to see if this will be incorporated without needing the additional black box.No question this will become the standard for a while anyway. Thanks Tommy.

Wow! Looks like they hit a home run with their new system. Been saving my money for a while, looks like I'm going to have to spend some now.

Word on the street is 300 bucks from the reps and Pro shops guys Ive talked to but the additional hardware looks rather expensive so Im gonna take the $300 price tag with a grain of salt

List price for the LSS-1 structure scan module is $699 with a suggested retail of $599.
The downscan is so cool I am considering trading in my HB 1197.
