My son-in-law just brought me a 5 gal bucket full he caught at Russellville dam,here on the Arkansas River, I have heard of members catching the skips at Columbia lock and dam on the Ouachita river.

Hey shannon self do you fish that lock/dam #4 regularly? I have been snaggin there twice and it was a great experience! The river is really high and rollin from what I hear so idk with that current what the deal would be.

I dont snag, I fish with cutbait. Snagging is to much work for me.
