Is there a website where I can get area specific water temperatures for the Mississippi river?

Believer, you might try this sight. http://waterdata.usgs.gov/mo/nwis/current/?type=flow&group_key=basin_cd

Some of the gages have water temp listed in celcius. click on water temp in available parameters and get data. Hope that helps.
