River water temp for Ohio - Where can I find them?

can anyone tell me what the water temp needs to reach for pre spawn and what it is at post spawn.

Flats like water over 70 degrees to spawn. Leave wintering holes arond 50 or so degrees. Pre-spawn upper 50's thru upper 60's. They wont all spawn at the same time, some will spawn low 70's some later in the year near 80. Could take more than two months for all to spawn.
