Does anyone know if this ramp can be used by anyone or is it private. I always wondered this but have never found out anything. Thanks :)

i havent used this ramp since the 90"s but then it had a paybox........i usually fish upstream aways but i havent heard about it changing.......if it has changed pelican landing is on the other side and upstream ....mack

Thanks for the reply Mack, I will check it out. There is also the ramp that I started using by the middle school in new bern, tons of parking and deep enough to easily launch the boat. Its only 4 miles downriver from turkey quarter creek ramp.
